    Help with applying for a purchase permit.

    I am applying for a purchase permit in the next week or so. Being 19 I already know that this will more than likely be a hassle, especially living in Durham County. On the application for a permit it says at the top that "permits maybe only issued to those who are 21 years of age or older"...
