I try to accomplish this with a mature attitude and kid gloves, whereas not to burn bridges by challenging or pushing to make a point, or win the battle yet lose the war by being too aggressive, but rather use a balanced approach. Like the old saying goes - you can attract more bees with honey than you can with vinegar.
