Hey you guys!!!!!

Are we doing pride again this year? YES!!

If so can my partner and I hang with you guys even if it's just as your token queer?
So, when have you been a "token" anything?

Our "community" is a community of ARMED CITIZENS, and you are a part of it.

I still have your flag, too.

My Sweet Baboo has been complaining about her holster (glock26). I recently purchased a drop leg poly holster with a hood covering the top of the slide, almost like a thumb strap. She finds it very comfortable on the motorcycle. Works for her,..........it might for you.

OC is alive and well in Whatcom County. Very boring tho, nobody says a thing about weapons, must be normal.

Most people are used to it. I have had several conversations lately, almost all of them have started off with "what caliber" or "what brand/type of gun is that". All positive.

Might have a few newbies attending the picnic.

boring...................

Life is good in B'ham, the City of Subdued Excitement. It has gotten to the point that people are comfortable seeing Legally Armed Citizens. No worries, no comments, no nasty looks.

Don't stop reporting, even when it is dull. The idea is to just go about your life and enjoy (but also carry a defensive tool in case).

Well here we are again in Whatcom County.
I had been waiting, at the jail, for a bit before my Sweet Baboo got off work. She came out and we were kitting up before the slow ride home on the bikes. A Whatcom County Sheriff approached us and he said to Lori, "Is this Him?" "yep, that's my Husband." Herself replied. and to my surprise and embarrassment, the Sheriff said..."I wanted to shake your hand for standing up for the rest of us. I really like what you do." He was very demonstrative and enthusiastic about "The People" being armed and he agreed Everyone should.

Now I said all the "thank yous", but I was just the representative at the time. All of us work to "normalize" Open Carry and, my friends, it is working. You are making a difference in the "hearts and minds" of the population. Good on you.

I also was into the Court House this afternoon, and upon checking in my firearm, I was surprised that I needed to leave my Drivers License to obtain the lock box key. I asked if it was required, or if I could leave something else. I was told that it was required. I gave the gal my ID and completed my business. Has this been your experience as well?

I got the city to follow state law. County is refusing.....I ended up illegally detained for it. They are not budging at the moment. Almost had Elfo on board with going to a council meeting and testifying to get rid of the stupid security guards.

PS welcome to the forum Boost.

Well folks, it is that time again and this is just a reminder to mark your calendar.

This month we will be at one of the friendliest places in Bellingham. Lets make it a luncheon and all show at noon, High Noon.
The beers are great (thirty on tap) and the food is excellent (menu below). Better yet, everyone will be Legally Armed. Come on down/up/over to Bellingham to spend a bit of time and fellowship with like minded Citizens.

Hey, just a thought: This Sunday is the Oak Harbor Pig Fest from noon till 5pm. Seems like a good opportunity for a group activity, plus it gives you motor sickle fellers a chance to ride. I have already promised the boss we would go. Sound like fun?
