Having founded a still operating 501C3 charity in 2008 I can tell you that a 501c3 can hold its meetings in private or public.
It can refuse to accept any individual it wishes as a member , or put restrictions on being eligible for membership.

It does , upon request have to provide its financial records to the requesting party . it can charge a reasonable fee for doing so.

It also cannot operate out side of the mission statement it put forth on its application to gain 501c3 status.

As far as their meeting , they can close that meeting to anyone they wish.

I think you need to consult with an attorney, as I spot three very distinct laws which you've just admitting to have broken.

Often a case of mistaken identity.

I myself identify as a tough guy acting like a robot, who in turn has claimed to be a cybernetic organism, which is questionable because the skin is superficial as mission camouflage and he can function completely without it. Sad.....

Identity confusion (treating imagination as legally real) will lead to strange things if continued. What about someone identifying as Native American (besides Warren) and using it for tribal government laws? Or a group lawsuit of whites and any others identifying as black and seeking reparations? Or me identifying as you and using your credit card? Or a human identifying as a protected animal species and utilizing those protections?

(Oh crap, I shouldn't be giving them any ideas!) o_O

Ok. Uh-huh... Yeah, sure...

Tell you what - Let's get together for a bear and a burger sometime. I know of a great place in town for both, but if you're up for beer and pizza and possibly music, there's another place downtown. I'll introduce you to all my friends. :)
