Well, that was interesting...it's amazing how many lies and other misinformation they were throwing out. I mean you expect most of it but, wow.

On the plus side someone said there were about 25 of us from OCDO and WAGUNS. It was very nice to see you all there today.

I will be a bit more chatty at the Olympia Event.. I wanted to puke over there.

Didn't OC because I had my crappy non retention holster with my LC9 in it, I can't find my retention one for my Sig at the moment.

I was there. Video and pictures soon. Thank you to all who came out. The Granny threatened to lace cookies and poison me.

Stopped the rabbi, priest, and imam (?)..

Had a short and polite conversation. We got to gun shows and they all looked surprised when we explained that dealers at the show require background checks , and there is no 'gun show loophole'.

I explained the potential tyranny of government, citing Stalin and Hitler, and the rabbi had no counter argument. The priest shook my hand and thanked me for being courteous and remaining in a discussion rather than an argument.

While i don't think I won them over, at least it seemed that the lines of communication were open.

You could tell that a few points made, gave them pause.

This auto correct on my phone sucks.

Wish I could have been there. I was on my way back from California and drove by Westlake. I'll see everyone next weekend.

Well it was great

To meet the B-ham boys, MSG, SVG and
Boomboy007, as well as badkarma, techno weenie, NavyLCDR, JSanchez, and there are several whose screen names will come to me. Great to meet everyone out there!

I have some video interviews of some antis as well I will post tommorow.

Although SVG wanted me to interrogate someone's 12 year old daughter on gun issues on camera, didn't do that. But I got two good interviews so hopefully I'll have them up tommorow

Talked to some religious ministers about the gun show loophole, they were surprised to learn that there is no real gun show loophole, and SVG had a great conversation with an SPD Sergeant. Most people seemed to be civil and open to discussion. I got into an argument with some Australian woman that maybe I shouldnt have engaged, then we had a problem with another woman with a commonwealth type accent, on the way out of Seattle center. For the most part it went great however

Oh and just as a non commercial shout out, that mobile hotdog vender with all the Japanese sauces on the corner of 2nd and Pike St in downtown makes some dang good hotdogs. So check me out if you're in the neighborhood

I'm at a total loss for the level of stupidity that people buy into thinking gun control will work.

To think that all the gun owners are going to be punished for the crimes of the %0.05 is just amazing.

I feel real bad for the parents of what happened. 1 child getting killed is bad, much less 20, but reality is that a gun ban will not bring them back and its not going to safe guard other kids. An our gooberment is selling it as if its going to. Seems odd why our gooberment bought something like 1.6billion rounds few months ago and now all these shootings going on. Makes ya think.

I really think if we got people who really want a country that has %100 gun control they should move. To mexico, the UK or even China.
China would love some free labor.

At the beginning of what was supposed to be a somber event, they had these Granny's Raging on the stage to bring comedy in remembering the deaths of 28 people at Newtown. How appropriate. Also, the Granny on the left offered to lace cookies and give them to me so I can die. She is all about ending violence.

Remember I encouraged you not to fight or argue, we were there to protect all rights including theirs.

You were doing a good job since you were not carrying and had your camera, interviewing people, and I simply suggested you also interview the young ones that happened to be next to us too, and if you were uncomfortable you could blank out the faces and just keep the audio. Many times I find the truth comes out of the mouths of children. Interrogate is a poor choice of words.

Was good to meet everybody, we were all on our best behavior, a crowd of unruly kids, not associated with us, were making a bit of a scene and making fun of the Anti's, I would hoped they would see that they were just standing on their usual downtown corner.
