Virginia Beach employee seeks to end gun-free zones after mass shooting

A petition launched by a survivor of the Virginia Beach shooting is pushing to abolish the city’s gun-free policy. Survivor and Virginia Beach engineer Vincent Smith is behind the initiative. He said he has seen firsthand the vulnerable and dangerous position gun-free policies put on America.


The Constitution is the law of the land and any statute repugnant to the constitution is void. See Marbury v. Madison, 5 US 137, 177. (1803).

Good position, a caveat ~ he is pushing ONLY for employee carry inmtheir work environment, not for unilateral elimination of the gun free zone for all citizens!

Just saying!
