Classic comment my the female officer... "Aww... he's wearin' a vest, I can't write him a ticket."

kwikrnu, I say good job. A little too much talking, but overall not too bad.

Sorry if this is a re-post.
ROFL. Notice how it all came down to "opinion enforcement" at the end. Classic!!

The LEO forum thread was really depressing. All of the replies about how he was treated too nicely and talking about how he better not try that in their area or that he "deserved to be shot" just proved the perception that many have of LEOs. They are discussing a citizen that is breaking no laws in his area and mouthing off about how they would have jacked him up.

There's a lot of keyboard commandos on that site. They like to mouth off, but any of them that actually are LEOs most likely wouldn't do that kind of crap.

They like having a job and a paycheck.

Are you carrying anything?
No, but I am audio recording?
........GREAT.

I was laughing pretty hard at that one. It's legal to record without the other person knowing in the state of Utah but I think you will get treated much better as a result of announcing it...like this gentleman did. I don't think I would announce because it is for my protection in a court of law, not his.
