Bci instructors, out of state cite

Pages 30 & 31

Not sure these folks are in tacoma nor actually instructing but hey tis a starting point

Sidebar why do you want ut’s permit as wa’s is just as honored?
I understand that Wa. permit is not honored in several states (Arizona and Nevada) that I may need to travel through and Utahs is. Although I do not know if these other states recognize out of state posessors of a Utah license.
Thanks for the info. I will check these out.

"Arizona has passed “Permitless Carry.” That means anyone who can legally own/possess a firearm and is 21 or older can carry it concealed without any type of permit/license."

Why would you need a permit?

Well I also may need to pass through Nevada. Utah does is not honored in Nevada. But I notice that an Oregon non resident permit is good in Nevada,Utah and Arizona. So perhapes a Oregon permit is easier to get. The WAC used to have conections to a Oregon Sheriff that would give Washington residents the test and paperwork. But the WAC isn't what it once was and is probably going away so maybe I should stick with my Utah plan. Decisions, decisions.

Again per handgunlaw.us - NV
Nevada law is silent on carrying unconcealed firearms in vehicles. They do have a law against carrying loaded long guns in vehicles. But no law against handguns. In a vehicle the firearm must be clearly visible if upon the person. A handgun sitting under the seat, on top of the seat or in a glove box is not considered “on the person” and is permissible.

Spend $$$ and run the OR gauntlet for their profit center permit/license of purchase a pelican vault small/medium/large case currently on sale online through pelican ~ https://www.thepelicanstore.com/cases/pelican-vault-cases...sale prices small is $29 & large $59!

Like I said get the AZ CCL since it covers one more state.

uh, er, golddigger14...the OP wants the permit to TRAVEL THROUGH NV to AZ for use while he is in the state(s).

Further there is also a small glitch to your exemplary guidance which you feel the need to repeat ~ ARS 13-3112 states:

" E1. Is a resident of this state or a United States citizen."

Darn pesky state statutes eh golddigger?
