Well, that's the way mudstream media paints it. That's not what I witnessed as Comey answered questions.

Was he uncomfortable? Sure. He was fired. Who wouldn't be uncomfortable in that situation?

A short while ago, my Congressman released the following statement:

Congressman Doug Lamborn has issued the following statement after former FBI Director James Comey delivered testimony to the Senate Select Committee on Intelligence:

"Today, in a Senate hearing, former FBI Director James Comey had the opportunity to comment on many facets of his professional relationship with President Trump. He also weighed-in with his thoughts on Russian meddling in American political computer networks during the timeframe surrounding the 2016 election. The former Director refused, under multiple avenues of questioning, to state that the President impeded or obstructed any investigations. I hope that we can now move on from the political theatrics of this hearing and return the focus to the important policy work being done to improve the lives of the American people."

- Congressman Doug Lamborn (CO-05)

What does this have to do with our Right to Keep and Bear Arms? Plenty. First, Trump is Pro-2A. Second, a lot of us who believe in our Second Amendment rights worked very hard to ensure that the more pro-2A candidate was elected. Third, as noted by my Congressman, it's time to move away from the mudstream media's theatrics and towards "the important policy work being done to improve the lives of the American people."

I missed Comey's testimony because I was sitting in a federal court room all morning, but when I got out of court the mainstream news was already accusing trump of obstruction of justice.

The little bit I have seen of Comey's testimony raises the question as to how did Comey ever become the director of the FBI? This guy is a wuss. He is a little like Clinton, it's everybody else's fault.

Comey, appears to be a sheep, however, I believe he is a wolf... My .02

Clearly Comey, is much cooler under fire then DJT, he is also a much more articulate speaker, his debating skills are much better and clearly he is familiar with our Constitution, unlike the 45th greatest President of all time.. May I also mention, he is much more honorable, classier and surely smarter.
And possess a better head of hair.. In my humble opinion.

second amendment

Has Comey ever brought a civil rights case to the courts based on violation of the second amendment. I am guessing not, I have never heard of one. Puts him pretty low on my list of politicians.

Agreed. And even if he'd been ordered not to prefer charges against Hillary, the fact that he did not do so in light of the evidence supporting a conviction puts him pretty low on my list of oath-breakers, as well.

Had it not been for Comey, the lesser of two evils aka Hilary would be our 45th President, in my humble opinion.

Donald J. Trump, AKA My Cousin Vinny, is clearly understood in middle America. Smooth talkin attorney Comey is no different than any other slick [strike]Willie[/strike] attorney.

Comey outright let Hillary off the hook, there is little doubt that he was ordered to, either by Lynch, or by Obama. Yet no obstruction investigation.

Well, certainly you don't get to that position unless somebody thinks you've got fangs and know how to wear them.

Or, a dress.

There are other ways to move up the ladder, but those are usually done in private. Blackmail, butt kissing, or sexual favors. I think Comey has done the first two.
