What the author refuses to highlight is that judges are corrupt and as such the respondant must be sure to challenge the judge as well as the ruling.

The author of that piece of sh*& is untrustworthy.
In District of Columbia v. Heller, the Supreme Court limited the individual right to keep and bear arms to “law-abiding and responsible citizens.” The petition itself does not render the subject an outlaw, or prove he is an irresponsible citizen.
No such quote exists in Heller.

...case...not defense...outlined a judges justification for violating a enumerated right...and setting up a defense for all accusers...IOW, judges will do as they will regardless of the legality of their ruling...absolute immunity enjoy they do...
