Shots continue to be fired in Stuebenville. Where's the ol lady that called the police on the law abiding citizen that was simply taking a walk with his wife and kids? Stuebenville reports layoffs are looming for there police force and are having difficulty responding even before the layoffs. This can't be good.

THats what I heard from my dad today , I was going to go walking about the ol hometown to see how its changed in the 2 decades since I moved away . I'll probably do it if it doesn't rain tomorrow .....armed of course . He also said most of the shootings occur on the uphill side of town but its not as bad as it used to be .

The last paragraph needs no reply:

The union representative also said police said they received a second call that shots were fired less than a half-hour later, but said police couldn't get to the scene because of a lack of officers on the midnight shift.
