Still another Ohio OC question for out of staters

Sorry to be a pest but I'm still not sure as to whether the Ohio OC statutes apply to everyone in the state, or just residents of Ohio.

I have the CCW for Florida and carry concealed in Ohio pretty much anytime I'm there.

Just have to make sure it's "OK" to OC in Ohio as a non-resident.

Yes you can OC in Ohio. Resident or not.

I was checking through the Ohio statutes that I could find and never did find the appropriate statute to "print out" for use in the event of an unforseen stop by local LEO.

Any chance of a relevant pointer ?

Recently came back from a visit up north (in the freezing cold, thank you) and tried the OC thing in mostly Cleveland, Elyria and Fairview Park. No problems at all and only one person asked me about the small caliber weapon on my belt. It was my brother, whom I have since explained all the details, as I know them, to him.

He is a believer now.

Once again, no problems in NE Ohio a few weeks ago between Christmas and New Years.

Thanks for all of the useful information on this site and especially the Ohio stuff for this Floridian.
