Keep it up and we may take you back as part of Ol' Virginia :p

What a winning combination that would be!

Maybe if VA follows WV and adopts constitutional carry we'll entertain the idea

Perhaps counting my chickens ahead of time but the bill seems like a done deal.

When that happens, WVA will have some catching up to do. In VA we can already carry in state (incl. the Capital and General Assembly buildings) and municipal buildings - City Halls, police stations, etc. We go to legislative committee meetings OCing. :)

Still I am very impressed with what as you say "seems like a done deal." Best wishes.

It's funny you mention that. One very liberal gun hater delegate tried to offer an amendment to allow carrying in the capitol building. It was nothing but an attempt to kill the bill of course. When another delegate asked her if she would commit to co-sponsor a bill with him next year for capitol carry she said "talk to me next year". It got a nice laugh.

It's great that you guys have won those battles. I should hope we will also.
But still the CC thing is a big deal to me. I'm a huge proponent of OC but when it's -4 outside and I have my huge winter coat on I don't really want to bother with trying to avoid it getting covered up. No reason it should be illegal.

Those battles are partially won twoskins. Those of us that refuse to get permits fall further each year. I commented last night that I won't see Constutional carry here in what's left of my life. It's like planting a tree though. Even though I won't see it at maturity, my children will.

Well I truly hope WV getting constitutional carry will help to put pressure on more and more states to follow.

I don't think this shocks anyone. The guy is sold his soul to be Bloomberg's lap dog.
