A group of us OC'ed to dinner at memphis smoke, and then walked down to astoria for dessert a couple months ago. Walked around the restaurant, and then stood around talking in astoria, no problems.

Sorry, couldn't help myself, these threads pop up every day now it seems.

OC is legal in MI, preemption applies. RO nor any suburb of Detroit, including Detroit are off limits if you're comfortable with it.

I've been OCing for a month now in Detroit and Highland Park and havent been stopped by a LEO yet nor have Iexperienced an adverse reaction to the general public.

I've been open carrying in royal oak and other near by cities for years.

There were some problems in this area in the past, but Oakland County has pretty much ceased to be an issue that I have seen. Still best to be careful.
