I was talking to a coworker who also OCs once in a while. Anyway, we both agree that OC is as much of a "freedome" movement as a "gun rights" movement. So with all the bed wetters that would LOVE to see OC banned,I say lets get some T shirts made that says "I LOVE FREEDOME, I HOPE YOU DO TOO" Its polite and I bet it will make alot of people think about their mouthing. What do you guys think? I say every state should be involved.

Sorry to be snarky, but someone has to and nobody else has stepped up to apply for the job.

#1 - Go spellcheck your work. Unless, that is, your name is Dan Quayle.

#2 - There are lots of places where you can have shirts made up and offer them for sale. But remember that it is against the rules here to advertise them.

#3 - What makes you think anybody will connect "I lurv FreeDome" [intentionally misspelled] with OC or gun rights, as opposed to warm puppies? It's a nice thought to express, but hardly one that makes folks think of 2A immediately.

#4 - None of the above should be considered a put-down or saying you should not go ahead. I'm just wondering why you feel the need for prior approval.

stay safe.

I wasnt trying to sell them myself, just wanted to see if everyone on board to OC would maybe get a shirt made. I would only wear it when I oced, however, I do like the other saying also. That way I could wear it anytime and people would get it, or at least some would.

I wasnt trying to sell them myself, just wanted to see if everyone on board to OC would maybe get a shirt made. 1 I would only wear it when I oced2 & 3, however, I do like the other saying also. That way I could wear it anytime4 and people would get it, or at least some would.

1 OK, you were not trying to sell them, just trying to find out if folks would buy them if you made them available for sale at a later date. Gotcha!

2 A uniform?

3 Not wishing information about what you do behind closed doors in the confines of your dwelling, but are there times that you do not OC?

2 & 3 Let me see if I have this straight - you want to wear an "OC shirt" when you OC so that just in case folks are not aware that you are OCing they can figure it out because you are wearing your OC shirt?

4 Make up your mind. Either you're only going to wear it when you OC (2) or you're going to wear it all the time (4)

It's either that or you want to wear a shirt that says something about supporting the Second Amendment only when you are OCing because that's a) the only time you support the Second Amendment or b) that's the only time you want to "say" something to people about supporting the Second Amendment?

Look, I'm all for OCing and supporting the Second amendment and getting folks to realize that wearing a gun in public should be no more special than wearing clothing in public, and that guns are not in and of themselves eeevillllll things and it's what some people do with the guns that's the problem. But I don't need to wear a uniform or hold a parade to do that. And I happen to think that wearing a uniform and/or holding a parade are pretty funny ways of accomplishing what seems to be your goal.

stay safe.
