I'll be passing through on my way to Washington and curious on your OC and carry carry regulations. I have no CWP. any help would be greatly appreciated.

Open carry is legal most anywhere except a Federal property, jail or school.

You may be trespassed for carry if the business doesn't wish your armed presence. Just leave quietly if told to do so and you're okay.
