We are now running on a new, and hopefully much-improved, server. In addition we are also on new forum software. Cops leading by example...now that right there is funny, I don't care who you are.
So, it's "stalking" when citizens want to exercise our civil duties to DUI laws , but it's legal when it's sanction by the gov't? Shouldn't the law apply to everyone?

You must understand that calling a in a alleged DUI/OVI/whatever on a cop could very well end badly for the rat. Without a name and other required data to make you a credible witness the cops will ignore your allegation, they now knowing you by you providing personally identifiable information (PII) makes you the rat...that needs attending to. Remember what cops do to rats lurking behind the Blue Wall.
call it what you must, but must i feel fear for my life if i make a stand against a LEO for breaking the law in a Free and Democratic society?

Cops know that their likelihood of getting dinged for infringing your 4A is remote at best. Cops don't give a rip about your 4A, if they did give a fig about your 4A they would not instigate, or participate in, OVI checkpoints.

Of course not, did not state that it was. However, not recognizing reality is foolhardy.
Reality i believe is what "We The People" make it and i am wide awake to the current reality for what it is.

A OVI checkpointis clearly a 4A violation, yet the courts disagree and thus cops act on that reality. This does not diminish your point. We certainly have the mechanism to restore our individual liberties in spite of a judges wrong-headed decree.
