Here are the senators that voted to give your rights to the U.N.:

Baldwin (D-WI) Baucus (D-MT) Bennet (D-CO) Blumenthal (D-CT) Boxer (D-CA) Brown (D-OH) Cantwell (D-WA) Cardin (D-MD) Carper (D-DE) Casey (D-PA) Coons (D-DE) Cowan (D-MA) Durbin (D-IL) Feinstein (D-CA) Franken (D-MN) Gillibrand (D-NY) Harkin (D-IA) Hirono (D-HI) Johnson (D-SD) Kaine (D-VA) King (I-ME) Klobuchar (D-MN) Landrieu (D-LA) Leahy (D-VT) Levin (D-MI) McCaskill (D-MO) Menendez (D-NJ) Merkley (D-OR) Mikulski (D-MD) Murphy (D-CT) Murray (D-WA) Nelson (D-FL) Reed (D-RI) Reid (D-NV) Rockefeller (D-WV) Sanders (I-VT) Schatz (D-HI) Schumer (D-NY) Shaheen (D-NH) Stabenow (D-MI) Udall (D-CO) Udall (D-NM) Warner (D-VA) Warren (D-MA) Whitehouse (D-RI) Wyden (D-OR)

The anti-gun senators are all Democrats or so-called Independents. Not one Republican voted for this. Senate Bill 139 passed 53-46. 46 US Senators voted against this: “To uphold Second Amendment rights and prevent the United States from entering into the United Nations Arms Trade Treaty." Baldwin was just elected so we must suffer her anti-Second Amendment BS for six more years. I hope that you all have long memories; she must be defeated in the 2018 election.

No. Both houses have to pass it first.

This is not the first time this has been voted on, and I don't think it will be the last. It will not pass both houses, but it will keep comming back up for vote, for the rest of your life, until it makes it with a full Dem. controlled Congress.
After that, we are all under the control of the UN, and the people that run it.

Have to start using large blue circles as targets at the range now I guess.

Let me say this about that....

I'm sorry I wasn't more clear in my post. What happened was that Senator Inhofe slipped an amendment into a budget bill
S.CON.RES.8
Latest Title: An original concurrent resolution setting forth the congressional budget for the United States Government for fiscal year 2014, revising the appropriate budgetary levels for fiscal year 2013, and setting forth the appropriate budgetary levels for fiscal years 2015 through 2023.
that read,
Question: On the Amendment (Inhofe Amdt. No. 139 )
Vote Number: 91 Vote Date: March 23, 2013, 04:30 AM
Required For Majority: 1/2 Vote Result: Amendment Agreed to
Amendment Number: S.Amdt. 139 to S.Con.Res. 8 (No short title on file)
Statement of Purpose: To uphold Second Amendment rights and prevent the United States from entering into the United Nations Arms Trade Treaty.
Vote Counts: YEAs 53
NAYs 46
Not Voting 1
So even though the Dems voted against it, the amendment passed, effectively preventing the United States from entering into the United Nations Arms Trade Treaty.

No, treaties only have to be signed by the President and ratified by 2/3 of the Senate.

The house doesn't get a vote.

Treaties, however, do not trump the Constitution.

The Senate needs 66 votes to ratify a treaty and they do not have it. Our gay senator was elected by the liberal end of the state and is not our Senator by any means. Our Senator would be Ron Johnson.

Can you imagine the meltdown the Libs would have, if a recall was actually started? More drums and marches, crying and screaming, they would piddle all over themselves. It would be great!

I would like to know how so many dead people voted for her in the first place. There is something fishy about her win for sure.
