Really? Every one of them requested it?

So you don't waive private property rights when you volunteer to become a public polling place? Can you stop someone from coming on to your property to vote if you don't like their style of dress? Because you can if they are coming in for your business.

Not only is the sheriff breaking the law here, but I also think he's a moron.

good points

Yes MAC702 I am a member here...Here are some links to stories from Al.com about the continuing battle with the Republican Authoritarians that hold office iIn Shelby Counrty Alabama.. the stories are in chronicle order, last to first. There are other media sources that have reported on the issue..

Shelby County is the richest and most republican country in the state..

Makes the statement, "Republicans Protect your Gun rights" an oxymoron.

"Each polling location in Shelby County will have a 'No Firearm' sign posted at the entrance of the precinct, at the requests of the private property owner ***** or ***** governing body of the property."

Placing a polling location on restricted private property that is allowed to place restrictions on who enters the property constitutes voter obstruction in itself.

Citizens need to resist, use S.N.I.P.E.R. tactics against sherriff

We should all stand out in front of polling places with a sign that says :

INS Checkpoint and Polling Place Inside

Well David, I would recommend a more aggressive posture for those aggrieved by the Sheriff's civil rights suppression campaign. specifically the use of S.N.I.P.E.R.S. tactics.

S.N.I.P.E.R.S. = Spontaneous Normal Individuals Practicing the Exercising of Rights Simultaneously.

And so the call to the Sheriff's Office: Yes I would like to report 14 "S.N.I.P.E.R.S." all around the sheriff's office.

The judge's decision will essentially be swept aside and the question of law will be decided de novo by any reviewing court.

It would have been that way in either way of a decision. Unfortunately, the guberment has unlimited resources.

Additional Capture Kale post.JPG

In Alabama a person walking into a Polling Location with a BamaCarry shirt is like "Shouting Fire in a Movie Theater" and the shirt should be considered fighting words.. Argument made by Shelby County Prosecution during trial..
Would wearing a Jimmy Dean Sausage shirt be fighting words to a Muslim?

No transcript of trial...Prosecution was supposed to record audio..They pulled a Hillary..Hit the wrong button..

We did not put up a defense...

Edit....The deputy did offer me the option of returning my holstered weapon to my vehicle...( I was not in my vehicle) I was told if I didn't I would be arrested for voter obstruction..

I'd wager there is a tremendous amount of inconsistency in the slogans that are blocked or allowed to proceed. Any way to document that and use it against them?

Hmmm - Suspect yelling Rape, Allahu Akbar, blowing a loud whistle, or shining a bright light in dark places is also frowned upon.

Muttering under your breathe or telling you friend quietly "That's a technical flaw" is likely not.

Convicted? Seriously? How in the hell did that happen?

If it's at all like Eaton County MI, the senior LEOs, persecuting attorneys, and judges are all drawn from the same inbred pool. Only members of the Eaton County Repugnant Party get elected, often they run without Dem opposition.

When they retire they're expected to quit mid-term so their replacement can be appointed and not elected. Our last sheriff was such a greedy double dipping d*** that we ended up electing a Demoncrat just to get rid of him. Now the Dem is making campaign billboards out of all the squad cars by having "Sheriff Tom Reich" painted all over them.

In places like this, The Law is whatever the cops want it to be. At least the last ******* to wear the sheriff's badge was a Constitutional Sheriff.

One of the current guy's campaign promises was to divorce ECSD from the Constitutional Sheriffs and Peace Officers Association, as he finds respecting the Constitution highly offensive. I find it highly offensive having a graffiti artist named Sheriff Tom Reich tagging his name all over public property.

Eric Friday speaks at the 2015 GRPC in Phoenix AZ. He brings up the case where he is representing BamaCarry Inc. Director Robert Kennedy (Starting @ 4:20) who was arrested in November of 2014 for open carrying a pistol while attempting to vote. Mr. Kennedy was found guilty. That case is under appeal.
