Ok just trying to find out what requirement you need to OC if under 21. For example my kid is under 21 can they OC with one of my handguns would they be required to get a pistol purchase permit? Been looking on the GA website but cant find anything.

To the best of my knowledge, I believe you only have to be 18 years old to OC a firearm. Only concealed carry requires the age of 21. Also you do not need a PPP to carry a firearm, only to buy one which you have to be at least 21 years of age or have special permission from the county Sheriff if under 21.

no, because a PPP is only used for either purchasing a pistol or transferring a pistol to someone else.

all she needs to do, is know the law, know how to engage with LEOs if she comes across any, and know how to use the firearm and when. There is no statute that says that only the person that owns the gun can OC that specific gun. For example, I can lend out my 1911 to dreamer for him to OC if he wants, and there is nothing wrong with that (as long as I get to OC his para :banana:)
