OC in Warren, 8/16/08.

We are in the planing stages to OC in Warren on 8/16/08. With a little help I will post the directions and figure out a good time for our meet. This has been discussed on the OC in Warren thread prior, so we are in the process of getting it done. All those interested, post on either thread and we will get all the info posted!

I'm planning on going, perhaps with two others. I can bring condiments (catsup, relish, etc)and brats/buns. I may have some girls scout cookies for a dessert.

Venator has provided the maps. Coming from the west, you would get off at VanDyke and go straight to Campbell then turn left. From the east, get off at Hoover ,go staight to Campbell then turn right. It will be on the right. The entrance is right across from the Crothers school!

I plan on being there this time. :celebrateCan someone set up a menu list as before with the GR picnic. That seemed to work out pretty well. I'll pass on the beans this time, but will offer one of my wife's "Apple logs". Think apple pie rolled up in a giant log!

Tableware
Napkins/p-towells
Tablecloth (not really necessary but is a nice touch)
Signs (i would assume Brian or Jerry has this. would like to see it confirmed)

I have a banner, and handouts. I can bring some tablewere, but In the past we ask people to bring their own plates and forks, etc....

I just had one of them thoughts that hurt. I forgot about you members with sugar problems, what other form of desert or whatever can I get to accomodate you? The "Apple log" is basicly homemade bread with canned cinnamon apple filling and light sprinkle of powdered sugar on top.
