I've briefly carried in Lebanon a couple of times, never was an issue. I can't say I've read about others carrying regularly in either of those cities, but if the citizenry of Corvallis can go half a year with me open carrying regularly and not be bothered enough to call the cops, then surely the fine folks of Lebanon or Albany can do the same for you.
