Well, nice to the see the NY legislature at it again. This time, they want to ban the sale or transfer of any firearm that doesn't have the "childproofing" measure of a minimum 10 lb trigger pull. The only thing this will do is drive up aftermarket sales of lighter triggers and maybe see a rise in the number of people becoming gunsmiths.

Some older kids can get that easy. Get 2 thumbs on the trigger with the gun pointed at their own face and boom. Better go for 25 lbs or something.

Better yet spend a couple million dollars on research to find the best weight point.

So you grant me expert status? WOW, never had that before and don't really want it, so I must decline your grant.

Until you do that I maintain the unwanted expert rating. Because you know, its on the internet so it must be true.

Will not apply to Glocks, they pull there own triggers..by themselves...just sayin.

Well, they don't count. They are not guns. They are just toys, being nearly all plastic. Remember, I have been granted expert status by those (solus/ipse) that have the creds to do that. Or so they believe or they would not do it. Right?
