I'll set aside the fact a moderator from Virginia nixed the post when our states administrator posted right above him without any such issue.

Lets set the stage, about half of us here in the Indiana forum live around the hobart area, in fact most of us drive thru it ever day and OC in and around it.

Exactly how was my post any less related to OCDO (especially a post about Indiana in the IN forum) that topics like "obama blows nose" or "mccain liberal slip" is related to OCDO?

I'm being quite serious here. I'm not trying to say the obama posts or whatever should go, I could care less, I don't venture in there usually except tonight for some comparison... whats the deal?

Good Q.

I've never had any problems with Hobart cops and I live here.

Something tells me the family were not very respectful to the police. Not that that's an excuse for abuse.

I'll jump in on this one and submitthatthat the thread DOES relate to cop-bashing which is clearly not welcome on this forumandJohn Pierce (the forum owner), who doesn't ask a dime from any of us, has asked all of us to refrain from posts such as this.

I would say that as per the forum rule1: (Since we are a site dedicated to open carry, freedom, liberty, firearms and gun rights, all posts should relate in some way to one of these topics.), our Presidential elections and the nuances of them are most certainly related to freedom and liberty.

Bottom line: What is the purpose of the thread? What will be the outcome? Awareness that there are those in power that abuse their authority? No kidding! Or that some citizens don't respect that authority? REALLY? There have always been both of those and always will.

Discussion of thebroad issues of freedom andliberty in generalas theyrelates to all our lives or future is one thing, butto merely relate yet another story where a LEO possibly abused his/her power is not why we're here. We're not anus-against-them forum.

Or you could just PM the mod and ask him yourself. On that same note, I'm closing this thread and recommend the issue be taken with the mod that closed that thread.

EDIT: Oh, and please don't start another thread asking why this one was closed...lol. Self-explanatory.
