He is trying to ascend to the throne of lieutenant governor. I'm bemused - as someone who cleans up these "incidents", where are all of these dead bodies killed by assault weapons? I noticed there wasn't a single statistic, just feel good diatribe about Richmond becoming the throne of mercy and safety.

A closer look at some of his nonsense reveals he uses statistics but the citation he uses does not contain that information.
