From drop of until receiving the new permit in the mail was 9 calendar days. Worth noting, I failed to include two pages of the application because one was just for additional information which was blank for me and the other was instructions for filling out additional information, all of which was for negative findings.
The clerk said that the state police has been returning applications that don't have ALL the pages attached, even if they are not used. She had an application there so she pulled off the pages and stapled them to my application.
I've had a CCW permit for 25 years but this may have been the fastest renewal for me ever.
