Well US antis just got terrific national evening news publicity blurb about WHY OUR COUNTRY hasn’t done anything about our banning of our ugly nasty assault [sarcastic exaggerated rhetoric off] after parkland, etc.

Perhaps my best of luck wishes to the kind downunder followers should have been directed towards our own citizens...

New Zealand lives by a simple form of "mob rule."
We will too eventually. Our country is being flooded with socialist voters once a ultra liberal gets into the white house expect the same ban by EO like NZ. Beto is talking about stacking the court with new justices so they will have a majority to get away with it. Everybody who loves liberty should not sit on their behind 2020.

I could use a bit of help here. I thought I heard/read that the NZ shooter had purchased the guns he used "legally" but haven't been able to get this confirmed. Does somebody have a link to a news item that could confirm or refute this question?

Quote,
The gunman used five firearms which he purchased legally, using a New Zealand gun license he obtained in November 2017, Prime Minister Jacinda Ardern said in a press conference on Saturday.

Two of those guns were semiautomatic weapons, two were shotguns, and one was a lever-action firearm, Ardern said. Unquote

BOY !! NZ is going to be in for a big surprise, probably within 18 months. No semi-autos, esp. ones that can hold more than 5 rounds, means even the little Ruger 10/22 will be verboten!!

Your opinion.

My opinion is that your post is just another of your jerk posts, designed to do nothing but stir trouble, you know, trolling.

Why we are a Republic (or, at least, were designed to be) and not a democracy. The majority should not be able to vote away our Rights.

Lies, darn lies, and complete nonsensical BS.

AP-NORC...[centered out of Uni of Chicago] quote:
Nothing is more important to the success of democracy than ensuring that its citizens and its policy makers have accurate, unbiased information and analysis about the key issues of the day.

The AP-NORC Center for Public Affairs Research was created to join the expertise of NORC, one of the world’s premier independent research organizations, with The AP, which provides news seen every day over all media platforms and formats by more than half of the world’s population. This combination of rigorous, objective research and reliable, unbiased journalism has unmatched potential to reach both broad audiences and policy makers at every governmental level, creating a seamless transition from the gathering of survey-based information to a more fully-informed society. Unquote.

Alas, not an ounce of information of statistical gathering methodological used, data viability & reliability, nada!

Yes eye95, WHIO is an enity whose ‘unmatched’ BS i would propagate unfettered on a public forum as the honest to golly truth ~ NOT!

BS IN STINKY BS OUT ~ eh eye95?

[sidebar...nice to see you reverting to your olde modus operandi of name calling...hummm didn’t you...no shan’t bring up past plights]

They are using the shooting to suppress speech:

10 years in prison for merely having the document on your computer??? What about Mein Kampf or Mao’s Little Red Book or Karl Marx? We should be able to read these things, if only to inform ourselves as to what evil thinks.

This stuff may be vile and offensive, but that should be the call of each individual person, not of any government.

But again, NZ has no constitution. NZers only have the privileges which their government deigns to give them. They have no Rights.

The AP news article "New Zealand mosque killings spark debate over free speech" is the very basis as how the democrats running for president views a perfect government and/or society.
According to NZ aka the democratic party your rights flow from government, not from God or rules of nature.

The Constitution of New Zealand is the sum of laws and principles that make up the body politic of the realm. It concerns the relationship between the individual and the state, and the functioning of government. Unlike many other nations, New Zealand has no single constitutional document. The Constitution Act 1986 comprises only a portion of the uncodified constitution, along with a collection of statutes (Acts of Parliament), the Treaty of Waitangi, Orders in Council, letters patent, decisions of the courts and unwritten conventions. No constitution eye95....REALLY?

The constitution grants no rights. It only recognizes and seeks to protect them.

That said NZ will be disarmed if its people are weak enough to allow it.

Using the word constitution does not make a constitution. America is unique in every way...as in no other in history...nor will it ever reoccur.

Other nations have constitutions and use that word for them (or the equivalent word in their language).

Even the Soviet Union had a constitution (Конституция). Actually, over the years, it had three.

New Zealand does not have a constitution.

[Edited to correct the misplacement of a sentence that someone jerkishly pointed out. Can some people just not behave like adults on this site??? I would like to have been able to thank the person who pointed out my error, but I don’t thank people for trollish behavior.]
