It would seem that biting cold is not on this list.

The United States Postal Service announced it will suspend mail delivery service Wednesday in four states as a polar vortex pushes dangerously cold temperatures into parts of the Midwest.

The suspension, due to “deteriorating weather conditions,” will affect Minnesota, Western Wisconsin, Iowa and Western Illinois, according to the Des Moines Register.
