All I have to go on is the news article. Sounds like it was written by an American instead of the usual libtards or Demoncraps the mudstream media usually hires for their reporters.

I might have challenged the perp a couple of times, but if he was in the middle of holding babies underwater while holding their mom at knifepoint, on second thought, perhaps I would not have challenged him before pulling the trigger.

However, in light of what appear to be the facts:
- holding mom at knifepoint
- attempting to drown the babies underwater
- girl eyewitness who ran for help

Sounds like a slam-dunk hero moment to me. I would be surprised if he were charged, and extremely disappointed in that municipality's criminal justice system.

Let's hope they move on.

I think there would be more of a chance of him being charged with a crime, if he FAILED to come to their aid.

I've taken a good, hard look at the Nevada Revised Statutes and the only conclusion I can come to is either that Joe is so far ahead of us that he can see the unwritten future of the NRS... or it's just another example of his sophomoric banter that he believes passes for intelligent conversation.

I'm laying odds at 3.8 to 1 that Joe is just being Joe and doin' Joe stuff.

Hoist by his own petard. (Not you, Nightmare, the guy who offered odds on Hillary beating Trump in the election).

The quasi- intelligent one with the 109 IQ, quoting Shakespeare!.. Indeed, I am impressed..
