So I am moving to PA... today :p... and I need to find out what the laws are for concealed and open carrying. Is it at all similar to VA? Have any links?

Open carry is legal.

Permit required for "concealed" carry.

"Concealed" carry includes cars.

Crazy, insane cops who like to enforce their opinion., but you'll have lots of lawsuit chances.

I'd recommend that you look at getting a permit from another state, unless you have one in Va, say utah

Nice thing about PA is that there are few laws to know. :D

only Killadelphia. carrying in any manner requires a LTCF. but from what i hear, OC is a bad idea, as many police have publicly said they will arrest/shoot first, ask questions later.

I don't mind much being arrested. I have had to deal with that once before. If they want to act like dicks (act like policemen) then I'll make them pay in court.
