RCW 9.41.050 or 9.41.065 or 9.41.270 does not specifically mention anything about a citizen's number of handguns being carried...

new year celebrations conversation?

Not that I can find. Who is making such claim?
A fellow and I were talking. He said a WSP officer told him a WA cpl only covered the carry of one handgun at a time. For years I Havel carried two Bond Derringers in a double shoulder rig.
I know several guys who carry plus pocket pistol. Couldnt find it in the law. Thought I would see what the thought on the forum was.

"Why do you carry a gun?" is a common question. "Why do you assume I carry only one?" is my proper reply.
The "permit" says you can carry concealed, it does not specify what, where, or how many.
