Article.

Sad. Don't be a hero, and if you carry, very especially don't be a hero. I hope she gets some help. She is the complete opposite of the overwhelming majority of those of us honest, law-abiding citizens who exercise our Second Amendment Responsibilities completely within the law.

Undoubtedly, however, Mudstream Media will make her out to be more than the 0.000127% of the population she actually represents. Undoubtedly, they'll paint her to be something like 1 in 3, or 1 in 5, or even 1 in 100, "But you certainly don't want anyone to have access to guns -- do you?" BULL as the libtards invariably paint these things.

Stick with the FACTS, people, and VOTE OUT ALL members of Congress, your state legislatures, and your town/city council who attempt to make this extremely rare event into anything other than the extremely rare event that it is.

HOWEVER...

"Police said Tuesday that the whole incident stemmed over a "cultural misunderstanding" when Zayan allegedly patted the girl on the head. The mother originally told police that a man tried to drag her daughter away by the hair.

"Zayan, who was released on a reduced bond, still possibly faces a battery charge, police say. They did not say if the mother faces charges for changing her story.

"The attempted abduction charge against Zayan hasn't been officially dropped just yet."

Time will tell.

As the late Paul Harvey used to state, and now the rest of the story...

3 April 19 Herald-dispatch quote
Sgt. Anthony Jividen said the mother was questioned multiple times and investigation revealed several inconsistencies in her story. On Tuesday, detectives continued the investigation in the store where the alleged incident occurred and could not find additional witnesses. Video surveillance also revealed several inconsistencies with the original statement - police said the video does not show the encounter, but it does show peripheral evidence in the area.

[parts of article I like the best...wait for it...]

[Sgt] Jividen said the mall's firearm policy is unclear, stating that some doors say no guns are permitted on the premises, while other doors do not. Mall security declined to comment on the policy.

Jividen also said it is unclear whether or not a firearm was actually brandished.

Moral of the story. Keep your mitts off other people 's children and you won't risk getting ventilated.
