The South East Chapter meeting of Louisiana Open Carry Awareness League (LOCAL) will be held at 6:30pm on Thursday, August 1, 2013 at the IHOP Restaurant on Belle Terre Ave in Laplace, La.

All LOCAL Chapter members are urged to attend. Nonmembers are welcome to attend too.
