Lesson: Don’t eat lemon poppy bread on way to deliver a baby.

Some questions leap to mind:

Why are doctors drug-testing mothers in delivery?
When false positives from poppy seeds are so common, how does a single positive test warrant an investigation?
Why do we allow our governments to do this to anyone?

Some agencies don’t seem to be subject to 4A restrictions on their behavior.

I understand for protection of babies, you have to be careful and do these tests, but people need to be educated that this can happen and it can rock your world and I think I’m lucky that it was only 8 weeks to be honest with you, but it was a long 8 weeks,” Silakowski told WROC.
This mindset is why the state conducts these unconstitutional violations.

Push back, file a lawsuit against the hospital and CPS.

Eye95, you need to dump WHIO as your newspeek source as it seems their news producers are engaging in shock & awe drama presentations to the extreme.

This BS nonsense occurred in oct 18 yet interestingly was only ‘first reported’ just this month?

Further, the baby didn’t test positive and no other physical sign(s) manifested with the mother, yet CPS still, under their mantra, put the family through their gauntlet.

Ghost, wanta see a home immediately cleared of firearms w/o court oversight...watch CPS show up for their initial ‘hello’ visit/inspection w/LE in tow and find them and declare the children are in danger!
