“Dude. It’s @jerseymikes, not Fallujah,” @CombatCavScout captioned the photo. “You think you need a 1911 and an M&P to get a sub, but the thing that’s gonna kill you is cholesterol. Also, zero retention on that M&P. If I could walk up behind you in line and take your gun, you shouldn’t have it.”

foto posted by @CombatCavScout not Mr. Guttenberg as the newspeek article leads you to believe.

It is my belief Mr. Guttenberg was not at the Jersey Mike establishment but whining about the @CombatCavScout's Instagram posting and the five light hearted organizational responses...

“My advice to them [Jersey Mike's] would be to take this more seriously,”Mr. Guttenberg said. “This customer could have gotten somebody killed. Failure to address this with a policy change will not only lead to loss of customers but increased liability as they are on record as choosing to do nothing but joke about it.”

what a joke...especially @CCS's entire instragram postings...

Would Fred Guttenberg be demanding that all automobiles be outlawed if one was used to mow down students while waiting for a school bus? No, he wouldn’t because that would be logical.
