And I do not serve liquor, however, there is a bar next door, and thru a window in my restaurant, they regularly serve drinks to my customers and i serve food to theirs. I can't imagine that that would be an issue though, as they are an entirely seperate business. I could close the window while open carriers are in the restaurant, but I doubt that that would be necessary. Not sure though.

What a really nice group! I almost forgot about the gun show, it's less than five minutes from my restaurant. I discussed it with my cooks, and I will be having a special available for any members who open carry. In addition, for anyone who is going to the gun show Friday night, I will be having a fish fry from 4 to 10. All you can eat for $8.99. I look forward to meeting any of you! Thanks!

An Excellent Place To Meet, Eat And Be Friendly!

McX, myself and my youngest daughter all dropped in this Sunday morning around 9:15 for breakfast. The place was packed with good people. We sat on the bar stools and met Adam and the wonderful people who work with him. What a fantastic experience! The food was excellent, the service was excellent and the conversations were excellent. We stayed for well over an hour eating and talking with other patrons and with Adam. I don't live far from Adam's restaurant and plan to take my family there often. I hope others will do the same. This is the only restaurant I know of where open carry patrons have actually been welcomed.

Thank you Adam for a wonderful experience and for your hospitality!

i can only echo Rak's comments. we were indeed well received, and very comfortable there. We will be returning there to eat again. i beleive we have a morale obligation to support extensively any business owner who goes out on the limb, and embraces, and welcomes us, rather than just saying; we go along with corporate policy. Rak and i intend to attend the coming fish fry the restraunt offers on friday evenings, and i encourage all carriers within this region to go, eat, and support a business that supports us!

Out on a limb? Absolutely. It's the businessman's version of the politician bleeding for our cause. Words are free and marketing words are empty. Word of mouth is best, especially from a familiar correspondent.
