I can't find a freakin holster.

Just skip to the end and buy a Milt Sparks Versa Max 2 for concealed carry. Retention holsters with some sort of thumb release (other than a mere snap such as the DeSantis Thumb Break Scabbard) tend to be somewhat bulky. DeSantis did have a finger release IWB holster, but it was annoying and difficult to deal with. I use the Safariland 6377 or 6378 for OWB with retention, but it's not offered for the Steyr. Perhap Blade-Tech can do one.
