and heres what ive been up to lately.

What flew off your M1 at about the 23 second point?

We all have to be mentally prepared to face an OC cop encounter like you have well documented on this YouTube video. I got a kick out of reading the YouTube comments about what the cops "can't" do. Well guess what folks, they can and do with apparent immunity and there isn't much anyone can do about it short of spending a lot of money to see a civil suit through to an uncertain conclusion. Lots of keyboard bravado exhibited on the non-attribution internet but I personally haven't seen anyone in a similar situation do anything but acquiesce. The implied threat of being cuffed and charged, spending lots of money to prove you're legally right coupled with the possible loss of your CCW permit at the next renewal cycle and/or right to carry privileges if convicted is a powerful motivator to keep your mouth shut and don't make waves. I think this video of Leo's encounter conveys very well how fast the sight of four armed cops can take the fight out of most of us and turn our tongues to cotton...all this armchair bravado notwithstanding. Are there any actual online videos where people have pursued all the "right" questions and came out of the encounter without being cuffed and charged with disorderly conduct or hit up the side of the head with a nightstick? Because I sure as heck haven't seen any. Lots of talk, yes, but no actual videos outside of some role playing.

Aside the point, yeah I've been hit in the head with a night stick for asserting my rights while unarmed after walking out of my house when 10 cops surrounded my house just to get me outside with all of them mumbling where my 900 fps pellet rifle was... too bad I locked the door on my way out and wasted everybodies time.

Got to spend three nights in the SHU/23 hour lockdown but never convicted of anything...

Guess they let me go because they didn't arraign me within 72 hours. I never even had a chance to go to court.

All of this over a text message :p

Leo my friend, good to hear from you.

That is some great video footage, you are one bad hombre. An M1 Garand as well, cool.

Did you see the newsmax link regards to Barry S. banning importation of the Garand back from South Korea. Anti!

Lots of neat tools on the vid, but I didn't see you warming up the Biker Chick. Did I miss something...p
