I was able to find a one mag pouch in the Serpa. Any ideas if there is a two mag pouch as well? Thanks for the reply.

The double mag carrier is offered by Blackhawk in the Serpa line. It is the only piece of equipment they offer that I have found to be less than satisfactory. The belt slide slot, clip on mechanism would not fit any belt I own - the design is not the same as their single carrier. The magazines did not sit at a consistent height or angle, rode too high and into my back. If they fit like picture below, I would have been pleased.

Now to be fair I only tried the one for single stack .45. You might experience a better outcome with the one for .40 cal. Still I would recommend using two single carriers, which is what I do, and I am very pleased with them. Have 2 in carbon fiber and 2 in tan. They are very secure and fast.
