Means that Circuit City is closing out - all their products are at least 20% off right now. I was in there today and saw quite a few pocket recorders in stock. At least 20-25.

This is a good chance to pick up a high quality recorder for the price of lesser models.

Not unless you are asked into a private area or you ask someone else to come to a private area, at which point privacy is an issue and either party must be informed of a recording device being present.

Correct me if I am wrong...

IIRC, according to Idaho law as long as one of the parties being recorded knows that they are being recorded, your Good To Go. So be sure that you know your recording yourself ;) and you should be good to go.
