Probably have been answered.

Awesome! How often do you do these free courses? And this course provides training and certification as say a $125 course?

It is everything you need to get a WI CCL, as the rules stand today.

Wisconsin Carry In offers the courses often. We plan on havig them at this location once a month or so for at least 6 months.

Asked?

At least at our classes, we mention at the beginning of the class that the church has provided the building free of charge, WCI charges nothing, the instructor is not getting paid and that there is a donation bucket in the lunch room, next to the free coffee and soda that I pay for out of my pocket, one for the church and one for WCI. We sometimes have a WCI t-shirt table as well and we have membership forms available.

Yes, asked. Last winter at one of your classes, at your church, a WCI rep solicited people to join their club. I was there and walked out after the sales pitch to join said club.

I would assume you approached the WCI table otherwise, we weren't chasing people across the parking lot and tackling them.

Is WCI still a legitimate organization? Their website has not been updated for over a year or more. I guess one consolation is the Wis DOJ FAQ sez Firearms Instructors may possibly be held liable in certain situations and circumstances.

Good for you...... It takes quite a person to go there receive free instruction, possible drink free soda, soak up free heat in the free building and then BRAG about how you "walked out" when asked to donate for some of these FREE things. You are the man!!! We sure need more like you!!!!

I think they are busy enough (once again, no one gets paid for their work) providing free classes and presenting positive feedback in the press that they don't have the time for a website.

Also, I believe their dues are $10 a year. Join or don't, personally I work my ass off to setup the classes I do from the personal satisfaction that someone that attends one of the classes I was involved in might use what they learned to save their life. Absent that, WCI and I am just a selfish bastard.

WCCA website tells all.

You have quite an active imagination. Walked in, was solicited, walked out, 5 minutes total, none of your post is valid in my experience last winter.

The Yellow Cat supports and applauds the efforts of Paul Fisher and the WCI. Paul for finding a class space for the WI CWL Course and WCI for providing a certified instructor and the course training materials required for a WI resident to obtain the WI Concealed Weapons License. Paul is one of my students and on more than one occasion I have seen him "put his money where his mouth is" when it comes to Second Amendment rights.

I will be returning to WI this summer and offering the UT Concealed Firearms Permit Course for a modest fee and for those interested, a (free) course covering the portions of the DOJ Training Curriculum not covered in the UT CFP course. (Obviously, there are differences in Firearms Law between UT and WI.)

I can still use a couple more volunteers. We have 5 so far and 8 would be ideal. As a bare minimum, if we could use you from around 10:30 am until registration is over (12:30), that would be awesome! It makes things flow that much smoother.

Volunteers get some WCI SWAG for volunteering.

You are sorely mistaken. You an't join or buy stuff on their Facebook pages. As for the website looking old, oh well, I'd rather they spend their time and money furthering Carry in Wisconsin. If you don't like it, don't come!

Just hit the report button to report the troll/stalker.
