Come on... You are at least the third person to post this same article on the Washington forum. Enough already. Maybe you should try keeping up with the forum on a more regular basis and you would have seen this here already. And it's not exactly "on-topic".

Crimony man! Is anything YOU say ever an actual contribution or just whining about "off topic"? Seems "on topic" enough to me since we spend plenty of time discussing potential carry guns here.

According to the company, putting the same amount of firepower on a target with a normal 9mm would require 30+ pulls of the trigger...this one? Eight.

I kinda want one, heh.

Yes there's been a few threads on this thing. Not a single one of them has mentioned what it COSTS tho!

I believe it actually has dual triggers.

True, but there's only one slide. If this was real and not just a joke/photoshop, would a live round in the "unused" chamber get ejected every time you fire the other?

EDIT: After reading the blurb on the side of the page, they give you the option to have either two independent triggers (no mention of how they solve the aforementioned "live round ejection") or one solid trigger group (no mention of how they solve the ATF requirement). My conclusion: Early April fools joke. :)

I don't actually think anyone reads the forum and comprehends anything, they just want to post what they want to post.

IT's the Admins' forum. They are free to chastise & close threads as they see fit. They rarely do, unless a thread goes completely 19. If they don't care, maybe some of these wannabe hall monitors should just chill the F out and leave threads alone they don't like without dropping their two cents. What a concept, eh?

It's been said HOW many times now the WA forum needs a "General" subforum??

I look at off-topic posts kind of like candy bars. Fun every now and then, adds spice and variety to the conversation, but if they start becoming more than a "once in a while" thing it gets annoying. Obviously the main point of this forum is to share OC news and conversation, and if the front page gets littered with off topic posts such as this one it gets annoying.

TL;DR: Moderation is key, and silliness in little doses is harmless.

Other than the fact that it's a little large for OC. Just think, as wide as it is you'll be bumping it on almost anything you walk by.

If a single barrel 1911 isn't enough then your're most likely in the wrong place ;);)

All true, but I happen to LIKE big guns.

Heck, I've been considering the legality of a .68 caliber revolver airgun as a potential OC weapon. Interchangeable valving and barrel to use it as either a paintball gun or something that can turn a 2x4 into splinters. Yeah it'd be freaking huge and heavy as hell, but it'd be awesome looking...
