I dropped into a 7-11 today to get something to drink after taking a hike. I was carrying my .38 Special. A gentleman and his sons were in there, and mentioned it. They were from California, and they were amazed that somebody could just walk around with a gun. They were actually very polite and friendly, just "blown away" (his words). I told them about this site, so hopefully they'll visit.
