One does not have to actually be arrested to be a test case. It is enough to have standing - there are 3 ways of accomplishing that:

We are now running on a new, and hopefully much-improved, server. In addition we are also on new forum software. You mean be the/a Plaintiff in a civil action in state court for declaratory judgement and injunctive relief?
No, we need someone with standing like an upstanding Maine carrying resident resident who would like to carry in the capital area, parking lots etc. needs to be a local effort, local lawyer, etc. Should probably include a Maine gun rights group as a plaintiff as well for publicity and other reasons.
A lot of law is at stake here - we might be suprised as to what sorts of groups and interests weigh in with amicus briefs on our side
