Property rights v. public safety - DE decided "safety" rules... even though the matter is under litigation. Wonder how much they'll have to pay to reinstall those hoops they stole?

Personal rights v. public safety - most states have sided with personal rights. Not all, and there are problems with some states, but most recognize the rights of citizens to protect themselves.

they won't. if the state has already confiscated and billed the residents, they courts will rubber stamp it.
