Should I log my hours and submit overtime reports to John?

He told me that I am management/salaried; hence, do not have overtime rates available to me. Problem is that 1 1/2 times my hourly rate still equals zero.

I hit my ten year anniversary date on OCDO May 21[SUP]st[/SUP] . Planning on at least 10 more.
