Ah James, American entrepreneurs using their profits from state sanctioned business activities (illegal in the eyes of the all overseeing FEDs) to expand and assist a depressed area to grow and prosper all the while making significant apple $ orange juice for themselves and their investors. Don't you just love the American way!

American Green Inc., a maker of cannabis products, is taking an unusual step to attract new customers as it capitalizes on California legalizing marijuana: It’s buying an entire town.

The company has acquired the tiny burg of Nipton, California, for about $5 million and plans to invest as much as $2.5 million over the next 18 months to create a pot-friendly tourist destination. The purchase includes 120 acres of land with a general store, a hotel, a school building and mineral baths.

The move shows how far marijuana has moved out of the shadows despite an uncertain federal policy outlook. With pot now legalized for recreational and medical use in California, Nevada and six other states, one in five American adults can consume the formerly taboo plant as they please.

When I see a place that is posted, I go in and find the manager or at least HPIC at that time. I show them what I call the 4: their sign, my permit, my sidearm and my back. By that I advise them that I will not be a customer of theirs and will discourage any and all I speak with from eating there.

Advise them that you will spread the word on the internet to avoid their place and ask them to do a listing on friendorfoe.us for their business so other 2A supporters will not be their customer. Advise them if you do not see it up there in a week or so you will do it for them.

I will give them a card and say goodbye.

Print one from the link below or google others to print yourself. Most office supply stores will have home printable business card stock you can easily use.

I did all that above at an Applebees in Tifton Ga once. It took about 6 months but the sign came down.

I even made a special trip to a Toys R Us to buy a $700 pool set that was IIRC about 4 foot by 18 or so foot. Went in and told manager what I was looking for and went there specifically because they had what I was looking for. But could not/would not buy it there due to his sign that I saw on the way in.

He was not pleased manager. I was pleased customer leaving empty handed.

CiCi's Pizza

My local Cici's (7800 block of Raeford Rd, Fayetteville) is not posted. Checked that out last night while walking home from WalMart. Also went through the KFC with nothing more than a welcome and 'good night'.

To get this thread back on topic, not sure how it became about financial institutions and creating banks, but I may check a couple of other locations to see if they are posted.

Also, the next time I am around Beaver Creek, I may just go see if they are still posted.
