CCW permits from Utah are valid in other states

Most CCW permits are valid in other states, even California's permit, as some states will recognize any permit issued by another state, though they may limit that to those issued to residents. Utah's permit is valid in more states because they have reciprocity agreements with those states.

Thank you for the links but this is actually an off-topic post, since this forum is dedicated to open carry, not concealed carry. You don't need a permit of any kind to carry a gun in most states (more than the Utah permit allows), as long as it's not concealed. That's the beauty of open carry.
