Here it is. Unfortunately, the AG does not specifically mention open carry in the letter, although the law itself does.I guess I'll have to keep a copy of that with me too.

BTW-This is very brief from the current AG. Hopefully the new AG, who voted for this, will write a new one which does mention OC.I will will be writting, emailing, and calling when he takes office.
