I have one. They work pretty well. I carried all summer with it. I've since bought an Alien Gear holster. I use the sticky holster as my car holster. Works great between my seat and console.

no wonder finding the perfect holster takes so long. it would take a year of research to go through all those links, compare them, find one that fits, etc. by then another hundred makers would have popped up with the "next best thing"™

I feel the same way. Looking at FIST, Crosbreed and Discrete Defense Solutions for my first Glock IWB and honestly am more confused than when I started : /

There are MANY outstanding holster makers throughout the country, especially now with Kydex' popularity. Check local gun fora and you will probably find local makers to you that can make exactly what you need.

For that matter, you can buy an outstandingly good holster already made, especially for something as popular as a Glock. Don't wait and wait and wait to get something custom and perfect and not be carrying a gun while you wait.

Besides, I guarantee that once you are used to carrying, your ideas of perfection will change a few times before you are ready to call it perfect.

It's also better to have many different holsters to allow you to choose something different when wearing a different outfit or enduring different primary circumstances for a particular day or activity. Don't put your entire holster budget into one rig.

I've been carrying for 23 years, and only recently have decided that I'm finally an expert on which ones I like and don't like.

Safariland

I've open carried with leather thumbbreak holsters for years without thinking anything could be better than what I had. Last year I picked up a Safariland Model 6378 ALS holster for my S&W Model 37. Wow! Absolutely solid and instinctive draw, and I have the option of belt loop for my 1.75 inch belt or a paddle. Well, just recently, I started having problems with my Galls-marked Gould & Gouldrich thumbbreak cruiser-style duty holster simply due to old age and leather stretching. Given my good experience with my J-frame Safariland holster, I got a black basketweave (gotta match my duty rig) Model 6280 SLS mid-ride holster to fit my four inch S&W Model 686. (Yes, there are still a few of us dinosaurs out here.) While the SLS is different from the ALS, I find it, too, absolutely solid and intuitive. Neither holster shifts on the belt while being worn, and the guns are very "grab-resistant." An advantage of both holsters is that Safariland has a wide variety of carry options for them from thigh rigs to different belt size and height loops and paddles, including quick-mounting tabs on the various bases and the STX material is almost bulletproof.

After over 40 years of carrying handguns in all sorts of holsters, I have to say I'm impressed.
